Our history

I grew up in a traditional Colombian family where love and life in the countryside are part of our day to day.

From my parents, math teachers and lovers of the countryside (especially livestock and indigenous agriculture in our Caribbean region), I inherited my two great passions: numbers and livestock.

I studied Civil Engineering, at the end of my study I managed construction projects in the public and private sectors as a civil engineer specializing in construction management and direction for many years, so I was lucky to travel a lot and dedicate myself to my second passion, food.

My dream was to run a grilled meat restaurant and love made it come true, my life partner, who likes to cook for me every day, is the brilliant cook in this project.

Enjoy a high quality entrecote with a mystery sauce that is unique, end a wonderful experience with our own cakes and desserts, prepared every day in our kitchen, with fresh and local products.

We have a selection of excellent Mallorcan and Spanish wines.
